Tried their product and it was a terrible mistake of mine!
I followed their instruction and microwaved my oat, and it got burned within 1 min!
Contacted their support didn’t reply until 1 day later saying “Our container never burned!” “Maybe try a microwavable container next time!”
I posted the communication on their FB page and the post was hidden immediately by them!
UNBELIEVABLE!

I am so sorry you had that experience! I guess I didn’t mention above that I ate my oats cold, after adding the milk to it the night before and it sitting in the fridge until morning. I didn’t have time to heat it up.
I would be frustrated by customer service too – did you reach out to them on Twitter too? I find that’s the best space for companies to talk to their customers. I hope you find a solution!
